TINY FLOWER MONTESSORI SCHOOL LEADERSHIP OBSERVES AND EVALUATES THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE TEACHING PLAN IN THE 0–3 YEAR-OLD CLASSROOMS

Educational quality is reflected not only in what children learn, but also in how they engage with, practice, and gradually master each activity. At Tiny Flower Montessori, the School Leadership Team regularly observes and evaluates the implementation of teaching plans to ensure that each lesson supports children's individual needs and developmental abilities.

At Tiny Flower Montessori, educational quality is reflected in how children engage with, practice, and gradually master activities outlined in the teaching plan.

During a professional observation session in the 0–3 year-old classrooms, the School Leadership Team directly observed how children engaged in Montessori activities introduced by teachers and implemented according to the teaching plan.

Through these observations, the School Leadership Team assessed children's ability to carry out each activity, their handling of Montessori materials, levels of concentration, and independence during practice. These observations also provided a basis for evaluating the alignment between the teaching plan, the lessons presented by teachers, and each child's ability to engage with and understand the activities.

Observing Children – Evaluating the Implementation of the Teaching Plan

Every child develops at their own pace and has different learning abilities. Therefore, observation goes beyond whether a child has completed a lesson. It also focuses on the process, the child's level of mastery, and the additional guidance or support they may need from teachers.

Supporting Teachers – Enhancing Educational Quality

Through observation and evaluation, the School Leadership Team gains a clearer understanding of how the teaching plan is being implemented, recognizes areas of effective practice, and identifies aspects that may require adjustments or additional professional support.

At Tiny Flower Montessori, we believe that closely observing children's learning processes and consistently implementing the teaching plan are essential to maintaining educational quality. These practices also help ensure that every child receives appropriate support according to their individual abilities and stage of development.
