Under the dedicated guidance of renowned trainers, Mrs. Julia Hilson and Mrs. Tiina Suominen, the trainees gained comprehensive Montessori pedagogical knowledge, enriched with real-life stories and international training experiences shared by the lecturers.

Each session opened the door to new insights, from understanding the psychology of young children, designing ideal learning environments, to creating educational activities tailored to each developmental stage of children aged 0-3. The program emphasized practical application, offering extensive opportunities for hands-on learning, including observing children in a real Montessori classroom at Tiny Flower Montessori and applying Montessori principles in practice.

Dedication as the Foundation of Success

The success of the course was significantly supported by the contributions of professionals and support teams, including album readers, interpreters, and facilitators, who bridged linguistic gaps and ensured seamless understanding between trainers and trainees. The close collaboration between MVEC, TFM, AMI, MTCNE, and the enthusiastic participation of the trainees created a learning journey that was not only effective but also deeply meaningful.

Module 3 has concluded, but the educational journey continues. The values of the Montessori philosophy and the knowledge acquired by the trainees will be carried forward into every classroom and community they serve. We believe that each graduate will become a torchbearer of Montessori values, bringing positive and profound changes to early childhood education in Vietnam.
