Connecting Knowledge – Empowering Professional Growth
On June 20, 2026, the Montessori Vietnam Education Center (MVEC), in collaboration with the Tiny Flower Montessori School System, had the honor of welcoming faculty members, graduate students, and undergraduate students from the Faculty of Early Childhood Education, Ho Chi Minh City University of Education for a study visit and participation in the "Career Development Seminar with Montessori Early Childhood Education."
Representing MVEC were Ms. Tran Thanh Hien, Training Director of MVEC, together with the leadership team of the Tiny Flower Montessori School System. Representing Ho Chi Minh City University of Education was Dr. Bui Hong Quan, Dean of the Faculty of Early Childhood Education, along with distinguished faculty members, graduate students, and undergraduate students.
The seminar featured a variety of engaging activities, including a guided tour of an authentic Montessori learning environment, classroom observations of Montessori lessons presented by experienced teachers, discussions on the role of Montessori educators, teaching planning, and interactive Q&A sessions addressing practical situations encountered in early childhood education.
In addition, MVEC introduced its upcoming projects and shared recruitment opportunities directly from Tiny Flower Montessori School, providing participants with valuable insights into career pathways and professional development opportunities.
Through this seminar, graduate students and undergraduates gained firsthand experience in the practical implementation of the Montessori approach, helping bridge the gap between educational theory and classroom practice while enhancing their professional competencies and career orientation.
