MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) SIGNING CEREMONY BETWEEN THE FACULTY OF EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION – HO CHI MINH CITY UNIVERSITY OF EDUCATION (ECED – HCMUE) AND TINY FLOWER MONTESSORI PRESCHOOL SYSTEM (TFM) & MONTESSORI VIETNAM EDUCATION CENTER (MVEC) SUCCESSFULLY HELD
On the morning of February 12, 2026, the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony between the Faculty of Early Childhood Education, Ho Chi Minh City University of Education (HCMUE) and the Tiny Flower Montessori Preschool System (TFM) – Montessori Vietnam Education Center (MVEC) took place in a formal yet warm and friendly atmosphere during the days leading up to the Lunar New Year.
The ceremony marked a significant milestone in the comprehensive partnership between the two parties, focusing on three key pillars:
Strategic Training & Teaching Practicum
TFM – MVEC officially becomes a training, professional practice, and strategic teaching practicum site for students from the Faculty of Early Childhood Education.
The WECIP model – Gradual Release of Responsibility (Observe – Assist – Co-teach – Lead) promises to provide a professional, structured, and highly experiential practicum environment for student teachers.
Professional Collaboration & Academic Development
Lecturers from HCMUE will collaborate with TFM – MVEC as guest speakers, professional advisors, and co-organizers of seminars and training programs on the Montessori Method and other advanced educational approaches. At the same time, lecturers will have opportunities to visit, conduct research, and build academic connections with international experts.
Partnership for Outreach and Impact
Both parties will work together to promote the image of a new generation of Vietnamese early childhood educators ready for international integration, affirming the position of ECED – HCMUE in training high-quality human resources, while also positioning TFM – MVEC as an international-standard pedagogical environment.
The signing ceremony concluded with confidence and strong commitment from both sides toward a collaborative journey filled with inspiration, creativity, and humanistic educational values.
